في يوم السبت الموافق 20 حزيران 2026، نحو الساعة الرابعة بعد الظهر بتوقيت لبنان، أصبحت شركة سيدر لينك ش.م.ل. هدفاً لهجوم سيبراني منسّق صادر عن مصادر مجهولة. رصدت فرق الأمن لدينا النشاط، واستجابت فوراً، واحتوت الحادث. نشارككم هذا البيان حرصاً على الشفافية الكاملة مع عملائنا وشركائنا ومجتمعنا. On Saturday, June 20, 2026, at approximately 4:00 PM (Lebanon Time), Cedar Link S.A.L. became the target of a coordinated cyberattack originating from unknown sources. Our security teams detected the activity, responded immediately, and contained the incident. We are sharing this statement in the interest of full transparency with our customers, partners, and community.

ماذا حدثWhat Happened

حاول المهاجمون تنفيذ محاولات اختراق متعددة غير مصرّح بها استهدفت في آنٍ واحد منصّتين عامّتين تابعتين لسيدر لينك: موقعنا الرسمي وحساب إنستغرام الرسمي. كان النشاط متطوّراً ومتكرّراً، إلا أنّ أنظمة المراقبة لدينا رصدته بسرعة، وجرى تفعيل إجراءات الاستجابة للحوادث دون أي تأخير. The attackers attempted multiple unauthorized intrusions across two of Cedar Link’s public-facing properties simultaneously: our official website and our official Instagram account. The activity was sophisticated and persistent, but our monitoring systems flagged it quickly and our incident response procedures were activated without delay.

لم يُعطّل الهجوم في أي لحظة قدرتنا على خدمة عملائنا، ولم يظهر في أي وقت دليل على الوصول إلى بيانات التطبيقات الحسّاسة أو سجلات العملاء. وفي ما يلي نوضّح بدقّة ما جرى على كل منصّة وكيفية استجابتنا. At no point did the attack disrupt our ability to serve our customers, and at no point was there evidence of access to sensitive application data or customer records. Below, we describe exactly what occurred on each platform and how we responded.

حساب إنستغرامThe Instagram Account

خلال الحادث، تمكّن المهاجمون مؤقتاً من الوصول غير المصرّح به إلى حساب إنستغرام الرسمي لسيدر لينك لمدّة تقارب الثلاثين دقيقة. وخلال تلك الفترة، قاموا بحذف وإزالة عدد من منشورات سيدر لينك — بما في ذلك منشورات ومقاطع ريلز تتضمّن معلومات عن الشركة وتحديثات وإعلانات ومحتوى ترويجي. During the incident, the attackers temporarily gained unauthorized access to Cedar Link’s official Instagram account for a period of approximately 30 minutes. In that window, they deleted and removed a number of Cedar Link publications — including posts and Reels containing company information, updates, announcements, and promotional content.

وبعد استجابة فورية من فريق الأمن التقني في سيدر لينك، تمّت استعادة الحساب وتأمينه بنجاح. ورغم محاولة المهاجمين تنفيذ اختراقات إضافية متعددة بعد الاستعادة، فقد جرى رصد كل محاولة لاحقة وصدّها. الحساب الآن يعمل بشكل طبيعي ويبقى بالكامل تحت سيطرة سيدر لينك ش.م.ل.، ويجري تدريجياً استرجاع المحتوى الذي حُذف. Following an immediate response by Cedar Link’s technical security team, the account was successfully recovered and secured. Although the attackers attempted multiple further intrusions after the recovery, every subsequent attempt was detected and blocked. The account is now operating normally and remains fully under the control of Cedar Link S.A.L. Content that was removed is being progressively restored.

الموقع الإلكترونيThe Website

في الوقت نفسه، تعرّض موقع سيدر لينك لمحاولات اختراق متطوّرة متعددة. سعى المهاجمون للحصول على وصول غير مصرّح به إلى الأنظمة الداخلية والمعلومات المرتبطة بالتطبيق. At the same time, Cedar Link’s website experienced multiple sophisticated intrusion attempts. The attackers sought to gain unauthorized access to internal systems and application-related information.

وبفضل البنية التحتية للأمن السيبراني لدى سيدر لينك، وأنظمة المراقبة، والتقنيات الدفاعية، والكوادر التقنية المتخصّصة، جرى رصد الهجوم واحتواؤه بنجاح قبل أن يتمكّن من المساس بأي معلومات حسّاسة للتطبيق أو بيانات للعملاء. Thanks to Cedar Link’s cybersecurity infrastructure, monitoring systems, defensive technologies, and dedicated technical personnel, the attack was successfully detected and contained before any sensitive application information or customer data could be compromised.

استجابتنا الأمنيةOur Security Response

فور رصد الحادث، فعّلت سيدر لينك إجراءات الاستجابة للأمن السيبراني المعتمدة لديها. ونفّذت فرقنا مجموعة منسّقة من تدابير الاحتواء والتحصين: Immediately upon detecting the incident, Cedar Link activated its established cybersecurity response procedures. Our teams executed a coordinated set of containment and hardening measures:

تبقى المراقبة الأمنية لدينا فعّالة على مدار أربعٍ وعشرين ساعة يومياً، طوال أيام الأسبوع. ونواصل المراقبة لرصد أي نشاط متبقٍّ أو لاحق، وسنستجيب فوراً لأي تهديد جديد. Our security monitoring remains active 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We are continuing to observe for any residual or follow-on activity and will respond instantly to any new threat.

إشعار قانونيLegal Notice

وقد جرى حفظ جميع الأدلة التقنية المتاحة وسجلات الأنظمة والمعلومات الجنائية الرقمية والسجلات التحقيقية المتعلّقة بهذا الحادث، وقد تُقدَّم إلى الجهات القضائية وسلطات إنفاذ القانون المختصّة. ونظراً إلى أنّ مصدر الهجوم لا يزال مجهولاً، فإنّ سيدر لينك لا توجّه أي اتهام إلى أي دولة أو منظمة أو شخص، وستترك للأدلة وللسلطات المختصّة تحديد المسؤولية. All available technical evidence, system logs, digital forensic information, and investigative records relating to this incident have been preserved and may be provided to the appropriate judicial and law enforcement authorities. As the origin of the attack remains unknown, Cedar Link makes no accusation against any country, organization, or person, and will allow the evidence and the proper authorities to determine responsibility.
