Cedar Link is a registered Lebanese digital infrastructure company that organizes, digitizes, and connects official transactions between citizens, Mukhtars, Civil Registry departments, Traffic Management organizations, public institutions, and Lebanese expatriates worldwide.

بيانات المواطن تُدخَل مرّة واحدة، ثم تتدفّق تلقائياً إلى أي من المستندات الرسمية الـ٢٢ المتاحة في النظام. كل معاملة لاحقة لنفس المواطن تستغرق أقل من دقيقتَين بدلاً من إعادة إدخال البيانات يدوياً في كل مرّة.
A citizen’s data is entered once, then automatically flows into any of the 22 official documents available in the system. Every subsequent transaction for the same citizen takes under two minutes — no more re-typing the same information by hand on every form.
