اسم “مختار التوم” يمثّل علامة اجتماعية وإدارية راسخة في طرابلس — بدءاً من الجد المؤسس وصولاً إلى رئيس رابطة مخاتير طرابلس الحالي.
The name “Mukhtar El Tom” represents a deeply rooted social and administrative brand in Tripoli — from the founding grandfather to the current President of the Tripoli Mukhtars Association.
